About Danielle Tridenti

Danielle Tridenti is a catalyst for soul discovery and she knows it in her bones. Presently the Director of Training for Handel Group Univerity (HGU) and Senior Life Coach for both HGU and the Life Divisions, she comes to the Handel Group with an extensive background and training in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Gender/Queer Studies and Antiracist leadership and practice.

Incredibly gifted in seeing and understanding what matters most to her people, Danielle works closely with clients and Coaches-in-Training to cause the change they desire with a straightforward and kind approach. Danielle is deeply committed to delivering The Handel Method® through ethical, client-centered, culturally-competent life coaching with accessible tools and practical solutions.

Danielle honors the self-sovereignty of her people, supports them in owning their personal power, and guides them to embody the changes and dreams they want to live into.

In addition to being a coach, Danielle is also a student and facilitator of Yoga, offering yoga from a trauma informed lens as a spiritual practice committed to white and white passing allyship and justice making.

Danielle lives in St. Louis with her kid, Rafé. She is passionate about reading, coffee, soulful music, gender creative parenting, and nature. Spotify playlists are her love language and humor is her strength.
